The duo Abla Kamel and the artist Mahmoud Al-Jundi formed a distinguished duo at the beginning of their association, but this did not last long and their story carried a lot of behind the scenes and ambiguity about the secret that quickly ended that relationship, as it did not last for more than two years.
In a television interview, the artist Mahmoud El-Gendy talked about the scenes of his marriage to Abla Kamel, and explained that she belongs to a community very close to the community in which he was raised.
However, he stressed that marriage is a social system, and its homogeneity is somewhat strange, especially since there are responsibilities placed on both parties, depending on the culture of the couple together.
Al-Jundi stressed that circumstances beyond their control together caused the continuation of life between them, considering that his current wife, “Hiyam”, is an example of the wife as she should be.
The soldier also revealed that during his marriage to Abla Kamel, there were works presented to him as a compliment to her, especially since she was more star than him at that time, something he did not accept.
The soldier refused to participate in these works, considering that his feeling as a man prompted him to refuse to be in the least area, and this was not out of artistic jealousy.
The soldier indicated that this feeling dominated him very much at that period, which prompted him to refuse to continue and not participate in those works that he received because of his marriage to the artist Abla Kamel, and for this he decided to divorce her and left his home and did not return to each other again.
