The Ministry of Health warned again of dehydration during the winter season, which results from lack of drinking water and fluids, indicating the most prominent signs of infection.
The ministry indicated that signs of dehydration in children and adults include feeling thirsty, lightheadedness or dizziness, feeling tired, dry eyes and lips, as well as urinating less than 4 times during the day, or urinating in a dark yellow color and strong smell.
She added that in order to have a healthy winter free from dehydration, at least two liters of water must be drunk daily, and she also advised adding fluids to meals.
