no, the unvaccinated do not saturate resuscitations – Republican Resistance

A nice smoke-smoking operation was mounted by the collaborating doctors who put all their weight in the balance to obtain the compulsory vaccination by accusing the unvaccinated of all the evils.

“I am shocked by the people who consciously refuse the vaccine”, denounces Prof. Grimaldi. “The same people agree to be resuscitated if they are in serious form. In the name of their freedom, they possibly take the place of other patients canceled for surgical or cardiovascular interventions, because the intensive care unit is occupied by unvaccinated Covid patients. “

[…]

“The real problem is that patients will die when they are vaccinated because they have other pathologies that we could not take care of”, deplores André Grimaldi. “It will come out later. Currently, there is a lack of management of vascular accidents. “

To remember

  • Only 15% of critical care services are used by patients cataloged Covid-19, and of these, half are unvaccinated (data October, November, December)
  • For 100 critical care beds, 15 patients are identified as “Covid-19”, 3 have not come to the hospital for this reason, 6 have come for this and are vaccinated, 6 have come for this and are unvaccinated
  • The DREES ratio of “9 out of 10” is a pure theoretical calculation. resulting from the estimated share of the number of people vaccinated in France. This ratio therefore in no way reflects the reality observed in critical care services.
  • Hospitals and emergency services had been on an almost continuous strike for several years and until 2020 to denounce the lack of human resources and the inhuman and solely financial management of the hospital since the introduction of user fees. act by Jean Castex in 2007.

Since the beginning of December, the media have agreed to accuse the unvaccinated of saturating hospitals and in particular resuscitations. The fashion is to give the ratio of “9 people hospitalized out of 10 are not vaccinated [1]”. We have already shown in the article [2] and the 2 videos [3, 4] produced from ATIH reports [5, 6] that, neither conventional hospital care nor intensive care units were ever saturated in 2020. This is still the case in 2021. Despite the fact that we are in the winter and therefore that respiratory infections, including coronaviruses cause hospitalizations, only 15% of critical care services are used by patients cataloged as Covid-19, and of these, half are unvaccinated. We will therefore see in detail that, no, there is still nothing alarming about the hospital situation and no, the unvaccinated are in no way responsible for the situation in hospitals. Only political choices are.

Hospitals are not saturated because of Covid-19

We have already demonstrated this in the 2 videos [3, 4] thanks to ATIH reports [5, 6] and that of the Court of Auditors [7]. Never during the year 2020 has the French hospital been saturated because of the Covid-19. Patients identified as Covid-19 represented only 2% of the activity, and the hospital was underloaded throughout the year. A very low 2%, while the Covid-19 declarations were very generous for billing issues, it is indeed much more profitable for the hospital to declare a patient as infectious, rather than for the pathology for which he came. Even critical care services have been underutilized and the increased use of resuscitation services is a sham solely due to the reclassification of continuing care beds into resuscitation beds.

Today, everyone can see on the Géodes site that 3,000 patients have been declared Covid-19 and admitted to critical care services [8]. According to ScanSanté statistics, there are 20,000 beds [9] of critical care in France. So today, 15% are used by patients declared Covid-19 (Figure 1). We also note that the figure of 3,000 put forward for Covid-19 patients is the number of patients in critical care (i.e. the addition of the number of patients in continuing care services, intensive care and resuscitation), so that the number put forward for the number of beds available is the number of intensive care beds only (therefore 6,000 instead of 20,000), thus suggesting that saturation does not exist.

Figure 1: Diagram of critical care beds in France according to Covid-19 status

let’s remember that for almost 2 years, the only hospital declarations of acute respiratory infections (ARI) have been those of Covid-19. All the other declared causes have disappeared, in particular the famous flu. It is therefore quite normal when winter arrives to have elderly patients arriving at the hospital with ARI. It won’t stop with preventative injections. It is therefore absolutely not credible to make believe in an exceptional situation with such low statistics. The current propaganda has no other stake than to impose repeated injections on the entire population regardless of the health situation. There is not the slightest connection between the two. The Ministry of Health therefore skilfully chooses its indicators to continue to maintain fear on a non-subject by targeting the unvaccinated rather than talking about the means necessary for the proper functioning of the hospital.

The unvaccinated do not saturate hospitals

Media pressure always immediately follows press releases from the Department of Research, Studies, Evaluation and Statistics (DREES) of the Ministry of Health. The one in mid-November was titled “Nine times more critical care admissions among unvaccinated people than among those who are fully vaccinated aged 20 and over » [10]. The media obviously misinterpreted this title by suggesting that “9 out of 10 people in critical care are unvaccinated”, which has nothing to do with it. By the way, just read the press release to find out: ” In people who are fully vaccinated, on the other hand, the number of people entering critical care is increasing: it reaches 3 per 1 million people who are fully vaccinated; this population represents 42% of people admitted to critical care and 48% of people admitted to conventional hospitalization while it represents 86% of the population aged 20 and over. ». So there is in October, almost as many unvaccinated as vaccinated in critical care and not at all a ratio of 9/10. The distribution in critical care of 42 non-vaccinated for 58 vaccinated has tended to approach 50/50 since November in view of the data from the DREES on admissions to these services. The trend for 1 month is 46 vaccinated for 54 unvaccinated (Figure 2).

Figure 2: Diagram of critical care patients declared Covid-19 according to vaccination status

The DREES ratio of “9 out of 10” is a pure theoretical calculation resulting from the estimated share of the number of people vaccinated in France. (Figure 3). According to the DREES, there would be 86% of vaccinated in those over 20 years old.

Figure 3: Diagram of vaccination status in the French population

Thus, the DREES uses the famous “cross product”. It assumes that if the critical care ratios in the population by vaccination status were maintained, and there were as many unvaccinated as vaccinated, then there would be 9 out of 10 unvaccinated in critical care.. This ratio therefore in no way reflects the reality observed in critical care services.

If we add, which we learned from the ATIH report on Covid-19, that around 20% of patients declared Covid-19 actually came to the hospital for a completely different reason, but whose codification “Covid-19” allows the hospital a much more attractive billing, we can then schematize the current distribution in critical care services: for 100 beds available, we have 15 patients identified as “Covid-19”, 3 did not come to the hospital for this reason, 6 came for that and are vaccinated , 6 came for this and are unvaccinated.

The unvaccinated Covid-19 patients who came for Covid-19 represent around 6% of critical care beds at the hospital (figure 4).

Conclusion

The conclusion is therefore simple: no, the unvaccinated are in no way responsible for any hospital saturation. Their numbers are far too low in the hospital to bottle anything.

Let us recall that hospitals and emergency services had been on an almost continuous strike for several years and until 2020 to denounce the lack of human resources and the inhuman and solely financial management of the hospital since the implementation of the pricing system. the act by Jean Castex in 2007. In 2021 nothing has changed apart from the elimination of a few tens of thousands of hospital beds and the unpaid layoff of caregivers recalcitrant to experimental injections, which we know very well today They do not guarantee at all that they will have negative tests, or even not to be sick, or to end up in intensive care. But, the government today finds itself a scapegoat: the unvaccinated, and makes the population believe that to manage the problems of the hospital, it is necessary to give billions of euros to laboratories so that they give us injections regularly. These same labs that have very close financial ties to our policies. The headlong rush we see only leads to this question: how far can they go before people wake up?
