WhatsApp surveys were announced in September 2022, but the functionality can only be used on mobile and PC until this week.

The first thing to do is to have the application updated. If you do not have the latest version installed, you can fix it in the Play Store and download it.
Then you must go to the chat or group where you want to create the survey.
In the share button, where the document, contact or real-time location options are normally located, the Survey option will appear last.
When a new screen appears, you see the creation form.
There we must insert the question or the topic of the survey as well as its response options.
And it’s ready to ship.
