In the clip, the shop owner, after cleaning up the glasses of sugarcane juice, left it behind instead of throwing away the excess water. When a new customer comes to buy sugarcane juice, this person takes the old glass of water, spreads it evenly among the cups, then pours in new water and resells it to the customers. Even straws are reused by washing, not replacing.

Before the above information, on the afternoon of February 16, discussed with PV Dan VietCaptain Bui Trung Thanh, Head of Tien Duc Commune Police, said that immediately after receiving the information the same morning, the unit sent officers directly to work with the owner of the drink shop.
