The Polish authorities refused to pay for Russian gas in rubles. About this, referring to the authorized government of the republic on strategic energy infrastructure, Peter Naimsky, writes RIA Novosti on Tuesday, April 26th.
“We will not pay,” Naimsky said, answering a related question from journalists.
The official added that by making such a decision, Warsaw is ready for possible risks.
“We are in a position to refuse gas supplies at any time if necessary and make such a decision, and we are ready for the actions of the Russian side, which could stop supplies,” the government representative concluded.
