Positive acquires Parisian AI sales startup Humanlinker

French B2B SaaS platform Positive has acquired Parisian AI sales startup Humanlinker, reinforcing a revenue base exceeding 70 million euros following a 110 million euro refinancing round secured last month, La Gazette France reported.

Positive Expands European SaaS Footprint Through Strategic Buyout

  • Positive added Humanlinker’s AI-powered prospection technology to its existing suite, which includes the Positive noCRM tool used by 8,000 active accounts.
  • Founders Thibault Brioland and Régis Viarre will now lead Positive’s combined Sales division, overseeing both noCRM and Humanlinker operations.
  • The broader European group currently employs over 400 staff across France, Germany, Italy, and Poland, having multiplied its revenues fivefold over five years.

Integrating Artificial Intelligence Into the Commercial Cycle

Founded in late 2020, Humanlinker developed specialized artificial intelligence tools designed to help sales teams identify, understand, and engage relevant business prospects. The startup brought in a client base exceeding 350 companies with active users spanning more than 100 countries, building on an initial 3 million euros in cumulative venture funding.

The transaction allows Positive to cover the entire commercial cycle under one corporate umbrella. While Humanlinker focuses on upfront prospect identification and customized engagement, Positive noCRM manages pipeline tracking and conversion. Group leadership integrated both platforms immediately for the user base.

Consolidating the European B2B Software Market

The acquisition arrives just weeks after Positive completed a 110 million euro refinancing package aimed at accelerating international expansion. With revenues now surpassing 70 million euros, the group is positioning itself as a dominant European alternative in the competitive customer relationship management and marketing automation sectors.

Operating across France, Germany, Italy, and Poland, the consolidated entity now offers bundled solutions that eliminate the friction typically found when enterprises stitch together separate sales intelligence and pipeline management software.
