Carabineros investigate a possible case of kidnapping in which gendarmerie personnel in the Lo Espejo commune had to intervene.
This long story begins on Wednesday in the commune of Reñaca, Valparaíso Region when a man asked his ex-partner to transfer him to the commune of San Bernardo since he had no way to move.
Once at the home, which, according to the investigation, has 8 guards for the custody of the place, the alleged perpetrator took the car keys from the woman and told her that she would not leave from that place.
This is how the hours passed until yesterday Thursday when the 22-year-old woman escaped from the place but hours later she agreed again to meet with her captor. Both of them and a driver of the suspect went to a police station in Las Condes since the alleged perpetrator was given a vehicle that had been stolen days ago.
Upon returning to the south of the capital, on Route 5, the man would have asked his ex-partner to perform oral sex on him, which he objected to and a fight began inside the car.
This aggression was seen by gendarmerie personnel who, despite transferring inmates to the Puente Alto and Rancagua prisons, adopted the procedure, They detained those involved -the couple and a driver- and transferred them to the eleventh police station.
Lieutenant Fernando Hormazábal, Rinconada prefecture patrol officer, reported that the background that classifies this case as a kidnapping is preliminary, since the aggressor also had a restraining order for the victim.
“The aggressor maintains a previous record for the crime of minor injuries, and also maintains a precautionary measure of a restraining order from the perpetrator to the victim”the police officer explained.
The victim, who suffered injuries classified as minor, gave a statement to the Carabineros in order to determine the veracity of the facts.
The accused 42-year-old man was detained since, according to the records, he had a valid arrest warrant for the crime of assault.
