PowerToys receives an update: new mouse power and copied elements

Microsoft has consistently optimized its software tools for customization and productivity over the years. We immediately think of Windows , the operating system which has undergone numerous renovations, also targeting the applications it integrates. In addition to this, we know PowerToys , a very interesting Windows tool that offers a set of relevant options for advanced users. In the last hours another update has arrived for PowerToys, with which new and exciting features are coming. In fact, the PowerToys update corresponds to version 0.68 , let’s see right away the main novelties introduced:

– New option to paste copied text without formatting. Plain text replacement will also happen in the clipboard.
– Introducing Mouse Jump, the feature that allows you to increase mouse movement speed when using multiple monitors or an ultra-wide monitor.
– Improved management of automatic updates and related notifications.
– Implemented support for MSC and CPL files among PowerToys Run program commands.
– Support for log2 and log10 operators in PowerToys Run Calculator plugin.

The update is currently distributed automatically through the Microsoft Store. You can also download the new version of PowerToys from GitHub.
