Syrian actress Rana Shmeis, accompanied by a group of Lebanese and Arab stars, was honored at the closing ceremony of the 11th Lebanese Film and Television Festival for the year 2022, headed by the Syndicate of Cinematographers and Vice President of the Union of Arab Artists, director Sobhi Seif El-Din.
Colleague Muhammad Al-Zibawi gave an interview to Shamis, who spoke regarding the fact that she was excluded by producers and directors because of her refusal to be bold in her works, in addition to the fact that she was excluded from starring roles in joint Arab works.
The actress Rana Shmeis also clarified the truth of the news that spread regarding her previously, and she talked regarding her emigration from her homeland, Syria.
