  • 1 egg ;
  • A cup of milk;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil;
  • 2 tbsp. heaping tablespoons of chopped parsley;
  • 1 C. mustard;
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. We put the minced meat in a large salad bowl, we add chopped parsley, salt and pepper as well as the egg, mustard and olive oil;
  2. At the same time, the onions and potatoes are grated or ground in an electric mincer;
  3. We randomly cut the slices of bread, dip them in milk and let them swell as much as possible;
  4. Without pressing them out of the milk, we take the pieces of bread and add them to the minced meat without forgetting the chopped potatoes and onions;

  6. We soak our hands with a little water and form balls of the size you like while kneading them lightly;
