Argentine politics encounters serious problems in expressing the gray that live between the actions worthy of the most critical moments of the campaign and the silence. This contributes to the fact that the substantive issue and the proposal cease to be of interest, and we can focus exclusively on who is on one side and who is on the other, to see how we can take advantage of it. And above all, this nullifies the possibility of dialogue, the first step for any agreement.
This praxis gone to extremes is less and less a phenomenon of certain isolated actors and, more and more, something popular in the political leadership. Those who support this seem to pose a game where whoever has a vocation for power must necessarily represent in this way. And they are being heard. Their ranks are swelled by the least expected actors. There is an inertia towards an “everyone”.

In this context, the work for gender equality brings a parenthesis to the political dynamics described. It brings the partisan spaces closer, puts them in dialogue and attends to something that does not usually happen: the substance of the issue.

Another determining factor in this scenario is the rarity of political spaces that have as a binder a narrative forged in the heat of these convictions. Those of us who make La Generación are united in an essential way by the construction of an alternative country marked by the understanding that all the elected representatives of our country defend different interests, perhaps conflicting, but always legitimate. The State of the State places us in a scenario where we must understand that we have neither the time nor the economic resources to see in the other something other than a valid interlocutor for the conversations that put us definitively on the path of solving the great problems. of Argentina.
