Riots in Paris over the sanction of the pension reform

This Thursday, the French president Emmanuel Macron approved by decree the pension reform after the negative vote by Parliament. The measure promulgated by the Head of Government received massive popular rejection.

Following the President’s decision, The protesters, who for months have been speaking out against the measure that will change the retirement age from 62 to 64 years from 2030, took to the streets once again to protest against the reform and the police intervened.
