[Kiev (Kyiv) 30th Archyde.com]–Ukraine’s Office of the President of Ukraine, Jermark, announced on the 30th that Russian troops have withdrawn from the Black Sea’s strategic outpost, Snake Island.
“There are no more Russian troops on Jijima. Our troops have done a great job,” the Secretary told Twitter.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has also stated that Russian troops have withdrawn from Jijima and “showed their sincerity.” He said it shows that Russia is not hindering the UN’s efforts to set up a humanitarian corridor to export agricultural products from Ukraine.
Serpent Island was occupied by Russian troops on the first day of the invasion.
