SC Cambuur travels to Zeeland to face amateur club VV Kloetinge in the KNVB Beker, carrying a historical record in the province without conceding a single goal across prior visits.
Fantasy & Market Impact
- Squad Rotations: Expect manager Henk de Jong to heavily rotate his lineup following the weekend triumph, offering fringe players valuable minutes against lower-tier opposition.
- Traveling Support: With the autocombi selling out its maximum allocation of 58 tickets for Sportpark Wesselopark, away-section intensity will rely entirely on localized road support.
The Zeeuwse Historical Precedent
History suggests a comfortable evening for the Leeuwarders as they cross provincial lines. Omrop Fryslân reported that SC Cambuur has made the journey to Zeeland just three times previously: twice in 1991 and once in 2019. Across those fixtures, the club has never conceded a single goal. The most recent trip occurred in 2019 against GOES, resulting in a 0-5 victory during a memorable match where stadium lights repeatedly failed due to overloaded deep fryers running in the canteens.

Omroep Zeeland added detail to that 2019 encounter, noting that Delano Ladan scored a hat-trick as a substitute for the absent Robert Mühren. Referee Jannick van der Laan ultimately allowed the game to finish after the electrical issues were contained. Dinsdagavond presents a new chapter as the club takes on VV Kloetinge at Sportpark Wesselopark, with kickoff scheduled for 20.00.
Logistical Realities and Ticket Constraints
The journey to the fixture has faced strict logistical limitations for traveling supporters. SC Cambuur announced via its official club channels that ticket sales for the away end concluded on October 26, 2026, at 9:00. The available pool of 58 tickets for the autocombi sold out entirely, while the buscombi option was canceled due to insufficient demand.
Supporters traveling by car must utilize a mandatory transferium system originating from the Zeelandhallen in Goes at 19.15. Direct parking at Sportpark Wesselopark is prohibited for club supporters, and movement through the inner cities of Kloetinge and Goes is restricted ahead of the match. Furthermore, alcohol consumption is prohibited along the sidelines, and no beverages may be brought into the away section.

Entering as Clear Favorites
The visitors arrive in Zeeland riding a wave of momentum following a dominant league performance over the weekend, where they defeated Willem II and interim coach Adrie Koster. Omroep Zeeland noted that the geplaagde Kloetinge side will be eager to breach the Eredivisie defense, which would mark the very first Zeeuwse goal ever scored against Cambuur in an official fixture.
Manager Henk de Jong enters the clash as his team has no desire to make the trip to Zeeland again.
