Wan Gang pointed out that young students should adhere to the “four aspects”, have lofty aspirations, and always have a learning mentality, be down-to-earth, and start from basic work; Scientific ethics requires not only writing to be equal to one’s body, but also a “mind” of writing to truly make the practice of the spirit of a scientist a conscious action.
Wan Gang said that scientific research is not divided between military and civilian, and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements must meet the needs of national development, people’s requirements, and market demand.
