The telematic meeting held by the members of the Foreign Relations Commission and senators from different political sectors with the Venezuelan opposition leader, María Corina Machado, lasted almost an hour.

Present during the meeting were the members of the aforementioned body, Francisco Chahuán (president), José Miguel Insulza, Iván Moreira and Rojo Edwards, as well as senators Ximena Rincón, Matías Walker, Carlos Kuschel and Felipe Kast.

On the occasion, María Corina Machado, founder of the Vente Venezuela party and main figure to confront the current president Nicolás Maduro in elections, raised the importance of guaranteeing that all Venezuelans can participate in the process and referred to the conditions under which she and his team have been working from the opposition. Likewise, she highlighted the importance of trusting the process and expressed the need to empathize and have a support network that allows it to be publicized.

Some senators raised the idea of ​​calling the Chilean ambassador in Venezuela for consultation and also the possibility of traveling to Venezuela to see how to collaborate. Likewise, they expressed their willingness if there is any other request along the way, in order to contribute.
