This Sunday, April 17, a violent fight broke out around 8 p.m., in the middle of the street in Aalst. A courier who was riding a bicycle was attacked by several residents, indicate our colleagues from HLN.
One of the residents involved in the fight was injured and had to be taken to hospital. It is not yet known whether it is the attacked courier.
Police were quickly dispatched to the scene to separate the residents. The Gentestraat had to be closed to traffic for several hours.
