Concretely, we perform each exercise keeping a specific intention in mind during the realization, and we repeat it two to three times, ideally every day.

Vent your anger with the exercise of the coops

Stand, head straight in line with the spine, body straight and aligned, arms along the body, feet parallel and slightly apart in line with the pelvis, eyes closed. Inhale through your nose, hold your breath, clench both fists, raise your arms in a boxing position. Place the left leg slightly back, foot parallel. Exhaling strongly through your mouth, kick your left leg. Return to initial position. Repeat with the other leg.

Nothing like this sophrology exercise to crush anger. We start by taking the mSame starting position as for the kick exercise. Then, bend your knees slightly, inhale gently through your nose. Block the breath, close the fists, jump five times on the spot by bending the knees in order to crush the anger, the brakes… Exhale strongly through the mouth, then return to the initial position.

Same starting position. Inhale through your nose, gradually raising your arms in front of you, hands open. Contract your fingers as if to hold the calm in your hands. Block the breath, slowly bring the hands, palms towards the heart, to the rib cage, to soak up calm, serenity. Slowly exhale through the mouth, letting the hands slide along the body up to the top of the thighs. Return to the initial position.
