Al-Marsad Newspaper: Today, the Ministry of the Interior issued a statement on the implementation of the death penalty against a number of offenders in the Al-Baha region, as follows:
Sabri bin Aziz bin Kamandar Al-Abdali, Muhammad bin Manahi bin Baarous Al-Zahrani, Bandar bin Yahya bin Kamandar Al-Abdali, and Ali bin Yahya bin Kamandar Al-Abdali killed Saleh bin Saeed bin Ghanoum Al-Amiri – Saudi nationals – By storming his apartment and breaking its door with the intention of attacking him, which led to him escaping from them by jumping out of the window, falling on his head, kidnapping him, putting him in the trunk of the car by force, taking him to a place out of sight, beating him with their hands and feet, ripping off his clothes, and throwing him naked, which resulted in his death.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrators, and the investigation with them resulted in charging them with having committed their crime and referring them to the competent court. And a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided by the Shari’a, and he supported his authority to establish the punishment of warfare against the aforementioned, and that this be by killing them.
The death sentence was executed in each of / Sabri bin Aziz Kamandar al-Abdali, and / Muhammad bin Manahi bin Baarous al-Zahrani, and / Bandar bin Yahya bin Kamandar al-Abdali, and / Ali bin Yahya bin Kamandar al-Abdali, today, Wednesday, 8/1444/ 9 AH corresponding to 1/3/2023 AD in the city of Al-Baha in the Al-Baha region.
