Lunar orbiter spots once-in-a-lifetime new crater on the moon
NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter has detected a massive, roughly 728-foot-wide impact crater on the Moon’s near side, created between April and May 2024 by an asteroid or comet.
