As Belgium continues to face the threat of terrorism, Eric Snoeck, speaking on behalf of the police and security services, has stated that attacks are still being foiled “punctually” and that the terrorist threat has not disappeared, but rather evolved in an unstable geopolitical world. Cooperation with other security services remains a priority in addressing the evolving terrorist threat.
