In exclusive information for “An-Nahar”, Wadih underwent a gastric sleeve surgery more than a week ago, and the operation was successful.
Yesterday, he intended to travel, but divine providence saved him at the last moment, following his mother asked him to undergo more medical examinations before traveling for more reassurance. And what happened was that during the examinations in the hospital, it was revealed that there was bleeding that necessitated his admission in an urgent manner to intensive care to initiate the necessary medical procedures, which explained the publication of the artist Elissa and the media personality, Mona Abu Hamza, in a request for help in securing blood units in Saint Joseph Hospital, where Wadih is staying.
As for health developments, information indicates that the bleeding has been controlled, but Wadih’s condition was described as “delicate.”
