Specifically, the post shared on social networks:
“This morning, I went to the bus station in front of Piagio Le Loi door – Vinh City to send some goods. Meet a middle-aged uncle who was born without limbs, but he still dressed cleanly and talked properly. Uncle asked me to wait a bit and then pick him up on the bus route Vinh – Cua Lo.
Waited for about 8:30, the car came and I waved for the car to stop, carried him to the car. But the bus driver did not open the door, and the woman selling the ticket just opened a small window and said: “No, someone will take it down soon”.
The bus ran to my astonishment and others were waiting for the bus. This seems to be familiar to him, so he just laughs. I tried to find the switchboard number of that bus but couldn’t find it.”

Regarding the incident, on March 2, newspaper Women in Ho Chi Minh City quoted Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung – Chief Traffic Inspector, Nghe An Department of Transport: The unit invited a representative of the bus company to work, verifying that the bus company’s staff refused to serve a disabled person. .
Mr. Hung said, will strictly handle the bus company that refuses to carry people with disabilities as the information reflects.
