open Ministry of Transportation 4 new metro stations on the third line, within days, which are “Nasser, Maspero, Safaa Hegazy, and Kit Kat” stations, and the largest of these stations is Nasser Station, as an interchange station with the first metro line.
The stations of the first part of the third phase extend from Ataba to Kit Kat with a length of 4 km and include (4) tunnel stations (Nasser – Maspero – Safaa Hegazy – Kit Kat) passing through the tunnel under the Nile from Maspero station to Safaa Hegazy station in Zamalek.
The National Authority for Tunnels conducted trial operations for the good stations, in conjunction with the final finishing works for the stations, and the streets closed from the top around the stations were opened and paved for reopening to traffic.
