Text of the Decree:
In order to ensure the implementation of the national maritime policy of the Russian Federation, I decide:
1. Approve the attached Naval Doctrine of the Russian Federation.
2. Recognize as invalid the Naval Doctrine of the Russian Federation, approved by the President of the Russian Federation on June 17, 2015 No. Pr-1210.
3. This Decree comes into force from the date of its signing.
