The investigation results pointed out that Anhui Yaxi Performing Arts Media Co., Ltd., the organizer, failed to complete the reporting and approval procedures in accordance with relevant regulations before the performance, which was a violation of regulations; during the performance, it failed to provide essential performance safety emergency protection, and used a crane to lift people in violation of regulations. At present, the organizer has reached a compensation agreement with the family of the deceased, and the aftermath work is in progress.
As for the part that violates the regulations, the district competent department will punish Anhui Yaxi Performing Arts Media Co., Ltd. for its illegal performances in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Regulations on the Administration of Commercial Performances”.
