Conclusion
I confess that I was a little disappointed with the performance of the POCO X5 Pro, really. I expected this little guy here to live up to his predecessors, breaking all the games and running them with the best possible performance, but nothing like that happened.
The POCO X5 Pro has some stability issues, delivering stuttering and stuttering in even the lightest games. I can’t say for sure if this is because of MIUI 14, but this is a device optimization problem and not a hardware one. We have already seen here on the channel several other Snapdragons 778G that did very well in the tests, but this one really left a little to be desired.
These crashes happen in specific games, not all games. So, be careful if you want the POCO X5 Pro to play Farlight 84 or Genshin Impact, for example, because we had a lot of problems here. Apart from that exception, the POCO X5 is a great smartphone to run the games for which it is well optimized and compatible.
That said, the POCO X5 Pro gets the ✔️The village Flat Wheel✔️ in our gaming test, occupying the second place in our ranking of mid-range cell phones, second only to the Galaxy M54.
