The governor Arabela Carreras signed a contract to build a new Primary School in the Quinta 25 neighborhood and for renovate a Kindergarten in Chacra Monte of rock.
The primary school will be located in Barrio Quinta 25, near Cet 33. The work has a budget of $373,661,376.38 and an area of 1872 square meters.
will have seven common classrooms, a government area, a laboratory, a resource room, a multipurpose workshop, toilets adapted for people with reduced mobility, a teacher’s room and a SUM.
Also in Quinta 25, in addition to the construction of the school, there is in the bidding process a kindergartenwhich will allow, at the end of the works, to have the three levels of education in the same neighborhood. The construction company in charge of carrying out the work will be Urbana SRL.
For its part, the garden that will be expanded will be 103 located in Chacra Monte. The work consists of expanding a room with a toilet. In addition, the circulation will be expanded to connect it with the existing building. Outside, concrete benches, sidewalks and lighting will be made.
For this purpose there will be an investment of $25,674,598.37 and the company in charge of carrying it out will be SIA SRLwhich must complete the work within 180 days.
Before the signing of the contract to carry out the work, mothers and fathers of the establishment claimed for years for its extension. In the absence of answers they had to assemble walls with cabinets to divide the spaces. Besides, They don’t have a proper bathroom either. and they must use the one for teachers, which is adult size.
