The Label Vie Group achieved a turnover of 4,016 million Dirhams for the 3rd quarter of 2022, thus marking an increase of +19% compared to the same period of 2021. In cumulative 9 months, the turnover increased by 18% to 11.7 billion dirhams.
This performance was achieved thanks to the implementation by the Group of an appropriate and aggressive commercial policy aimed at preserving the purchasing power of its customers in a context of high inflation. It also confirms the Group’s operational and logistical control, reinforced by the numerous digitization projects initiated during the 4th quarter of 2021.
Investment
The net investment made during the 6th quarter amounts to 291 million Dirhams and 810 million since the beginning of the year. These levels of investment reflect the acceleration by the Group of its pace of development and openness. Thus, the Group projects the opening, in the 4th quarter, of 11 new points of sale, including 3 already inaugurated in October.
Debt
Net financial debt (including outstanding finance leases) amounted, at the end of the 3rd quarter of 2022, to 2,923 million dirhams. The Group’s net financial debt ratio thus stood at 46% of its permanent financing. The third quarter of 2022 also saw the creation of the OPCI Terramis, which will carry a significant portion of the Group’s land and real estate investments. The Group thus intends to distribute an exceptional dividend of 200 million Dirhams in December 2022.
