Two men, 32 and 46 years old, fell to their deaths from the balcony of an apartment in Linz during an argument. When the emergency services arrived, despite first aid measures, the lives of the Poles could not be saved. According to a 36-year-old compatriot, he first clashed verbally with the 46-year-old. When the 32-year-old wanted to mediate, fisticuffs broke out between him and the oldest acquaintance. Both fell, according to the police.
Investigations revealed that the balcony railing gave way and the men fell about eight meters from the second floor. The accident happened on July 7th. However, after the relatives of the deceased in Poland were only informed on Wednesday, July 12, the police only informed about the tragic incident on Thursday evening. Further investigations into the balcony railing were still ongoing.
