[دبي – الإمارات العربية المتحدة] – wasl Asset Management Group, one of the largest real estate development and management companies in Dubai, announced the sale of all units in its “Gardenia Town Homes II” project, which was put up for sale within the second sales phase. The company intends to hand over the project, which is located within “wasl gate” on Sheikh Zayed Road in Jebel Ali, by the third quarter of next year 2024. The prices of the townhomes units in this project start from 2.9 million dirhams, with an attractive payment plan consisting of a down payment of 40 percent. % and 60% on handover, and there are still a limited number of units available for interested buyers that will be offered in the third and final phase of sales.

Gardenia Townhomes II is located close to Ibn Battuta Mall and Festival Plaza Mall, which includes IKEA and Ace Hardware, and includes 92 townhouse units consisting of three and four rooms of different sizes.
