Al-Marsad newspaper: The “Ejar” network of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing revealed the procedure to be followed in case the tenant is late in paying the rent.
“Ejar” clarified that in the event of the tenant’s delay in paying the rent, the landlord has the right to file a financial claim through the execution court, and then the case to vacate a property unit, provided that the order to terminate the contract is issued by the court.
The Ejar Network had noted that about 192,000 documented contracts were registered during the month of June.
