Five days from elections from the Municipal Electoral Board of Cutral Co it was revealed what are the restrictions that will apply before Sunday 23 when the new municipal authorities are elected. In addition, from tomorrow, the Misdemeanor Court will be dedicated to attend emergencies only because the staff is dedicated to the electoral act.
The president of the Board, Ana Stempin informed that from this Wednesday and until Friday 21, the Municipal Misdemeanor Court will only provide emergency care. The measure is due to the fact that the staff is available for the electoral act on Sunday.
Then it was recalled what the restrictions of the neighbors and candidates are. In the case of the political ban will start 48 hours before, that is to say 8 o’clock on friday no more political propaganda can be issued.
from 0 from Sunday 23 until and until 21 of that same day the following is prohibited: the exhibition, deposit and carrying of weapons, in the places where the elections are held and up to a distance of 100 meters from the perimeter. The exception will be for police or Armed Forces personnel, or security personnel assigned to guard the premises where the election is held.
The same will happen for performances in the open air or in closed enclosures,social, cultural, sporting events and any other kind of public meeting that does not refer to the electoral act and that is not authorized by the competent authority.
Neither alcoholic beverages may be sold during the mentioned hours. Voters may not carry flags, use currency or other emblems.
While the opening of party organizations within a radius of 100 meters from the front door of the place where the polling stations are installed, it is not allowed either.
