The portfolio of political leaders towards the European elections sees Giorgia Meloni firmly in the lead with 43.7%, unchanged compared to last week, followed by Antonio Tajani with 34.8% (+0.1%) and Giuseppe Conte with 30, 8% (+0.3%, the largest increase among all the leaders, albeit limited). This is what emerges from a Dire-Tecnè survey with interviews carried out between 11 and 12 April. Off the podium, Elly Schlein leads the rest of the rankings at 29.7% (-0.2%). It is followed by Matteo Salvini with 28.0%, unchanged compared to last week. The others follow: Emma Bonino with 24.0% (-0.2%); Maurizio Lupi with 23.0% (unchanged); Carlo Calenda with 20.3% (-0.2%); Angelo Bonelli with 16.0% (+0.1%); Nicola Fratoianni with 15.8% (+0.1%); Matteo Renzi with 15.0% (-0.1%).

The party portfolio for the European elections sees Fratelli d’Italia firmly in the lead with 27.3%, followed by the Democratic Party with 19.8% and Movimento 5 Stelle with 16.2%. This is what emerges from a Dire-Tecnè survey with interviews carried out between 11 and 12 April. Off the podium, Forza Italia leads the rest of the rankings which together with Noi Moderati reaches double figures with 10.1%. The League is behind at 7.9%. The others follow: United States of Europe, Renzi and Bonino’s list, is at 5.5%; Greens and Left at 3.7%; Share at 3.6%; Freedom at 2.0%; Peace, Land and Dignity at 1.6%; Other parties added up to 2.3%. 54.0% declared their vote; abstention/uncertain 46.0%.
