The spokesperson of the Polish Foreign Ministry, Pawel Wronski, recalled the Vienna Convention, from which specific obligations for ambassadors derive. “We wonder whether the ambassador is carrying out the instructions of the Moscow Foreign Ministry and whether he is capable of representing the interests of the Russian Federation in Warsaw,” he explained.
