Xi’an News Network News Recently, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Yintai District, Tongchuan City held a work meeting on the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards of self-built houses in the whole district, arranged and deployed the safety inspection work of self-built houses in the whole district, and clarified the scope of investigation, key points, time nodes and work tasks. Solidly carry out work safety inspection and rectification in the fields of building construction, urban gas, municipal public utilities, etc., except for self-built houses.
The reporter learned that after the safety inspection of self-built houses was started, Yintai District carried out in-depth publicity of self-built houses safety through WeChat groups, hanging banners, home guidance and other “online + offline” three-dimensional publicity forms to actively guide the masses. Support and cooperate with the investigation and rectification work, consciously resist behaviors such as unauthorized changes to the house structure, continue to improve the safety awareness of the general public, and create a stable and orderly atmosphere for the investigation and rectification of house safety hazards. Organize and hold a business training meeting on the inspection of housing safety hazards, and strengthen the training and guidance on the inspection and identification procedures and inspection methods of “four types of key houses”.
All towns (streets) and relevant departments in Yintai District strictly implement territorial management responsibilities and industry supervision responsibilities, focusing on “five districts and four sides” (the five districts are urban villages, old communities, urban-rural junctions, demolition and resettlement areas, and key areas of epidemic isolation sites. ;The four sides are the key areas around schools, hospitals, factories, and construction sites), using the role of village and community grid members, one household, one building, one store, one store, and one by one. Among them: 570 buildings with three floors and above, 862 buildings are used for operation, 572 buildings are densely populated, and 763 buildings are renovated and expanded without authorization. 2 houses suspected of having potential safety hazards were found, and temporary control measures such as cessation of operations, vigilance and sealing have been taken.
