Young woman drowned in a live broadcast on Facebook – USA

The death of Hellen Wendy Naybuto, a 23-year-old nursing student, has caused a stir on social networks. who drowned while doing a live broadcast for Facebook, apparently in a hotel in the city of Toronto, Canada.

“According to our tradition, one is supposed to be buried where one was born. I will not feel comfortable, psychologically, if my daughter is buried far from Kenya,” said Nyabuto John Kiyondi, father of the deceased, in conversation with ‘CNN’.

“I saw the video. I cried. It’s terrible. She contacted me two days before she lost her life. It sounded great and I was very pleased. She promised me a phone. I didn’t feel anything abnormal,” she added.

Reports confirmed that Hellen Naybuto lived in an apartment with her younger brother, Enock, and that she worked part-time as a health worker and spent the rest of her day doing her academic work.

“The family is going through a difficult time right now. All we want is for his body to be transported home for burial,” commented Enock , who also stated how difficult it will be to repatriate his sister’s body due to the high transportation costs.
