The Russian, who lives in Germany, addresses her message to all expats living in Western Europe. While citizens are asked to take care of their electricity consumption, Yulija encourages them to do just the opposite. ” What I do ? I’m transferring money to the Russian army! “, she adds.
Yulija Prochorova has no less than 48,000 subscribers on Telegram and more than 90,000 on TikTok! But her TikTok account has been deleted several times, because she regularly insults the Ukrainian people there.

Last May, she was filmed as she provoked a pro-Russian demonstration in Munich.
