The Organic Law of Power of attorney points out in the first paragraph of the article 163 that upon retiring from office the ministers will have the right to a lifetime retirement asset, which will be equivalent to 100% during the first two years and 80% during the rest of the time of the monthly income that corresponds to active ministers.
