Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, commenting on the nighttime drone attack on the Kremlin, said that Kyiv did not attack Russian President Vladimir Putin or Moscow. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

“We are not attacking Putin or Moscow, we are fighting on our territory… We don’t have enough weapons for this, we don’t use them everywhere… We didn’t attack Putin,” he said.

Earlier, the Kremlin press service reported that on the night of May 3, Ukrainian drones tried to attack the Kremlin residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin. No damage was done and no one was injured in the attack. The head of the Russian state was not in the Kremlin residence at the time of the attack.

16 minutes passed between the attacks of two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on the Kremlin. Such details were reported by the TVC channel in its Telegram.

According to the channel, the first drone was spotted in the sky above the Kremlin at 2:27 Moscow time. It is noted that the drone exploded over the Senate Palace, after which a fire broke out on the roof. The second UAV was recorded 16 minutes later, at 2:43 am, its fragments fell on the territory of the Kremlin.

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case under article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist act).
