59.3 billion dirhams, the gains of “ADNOC Gas” and “Briskite” shares since the listing

Shares of ADNOC Gas and Presite gained more than 59.3 billion dirhams since their listing on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange until the end of last March. The two listings succeeded in enhancing the market capital of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange by more than 189.4 billion dirhams, distributed by 181.9 billion dirhams, the market capitalization of “ADNOC Gas” upon listing, and 7.5 billion dirhams, the capitalization of “Briskite”.
The share of “ADNOC Gas” gained about 48.3 billion dirhams over the course of 15 sessions since the start of trading on its shares, raising its market capital from 181.9 billion dirhams upon listing to 230.2 billion dirhams at the end of last March.
Since listing, the share’s trading has reached more than 2.03 billion dirhams, after trading 717.6 million shares through the execution of more than 29.6 thousand transactions. The share price jumped since its listing by about 26.6%, to close at 3 dirhams at the end of last month, compared to the offering price of 2.37 dirhams. ADNOC Gas shares were listed on the Abu Dhabi market on March 13, in the largest initial public offering ever in the market and the largest initial public offering in the world so far this year, after collecting total proceeds of 9.1 billion dirhams.
The ADNOC Gas IPO achieved the strongest ever demand for an initial public offering in the UAE, with the total demand across all segments reaching more than 450 billion dirhams, exceeding the total target value by about 50 times.
According to the monitoring, Presite’s share gained about 10.9 billion dirhams in 5 sessions since the start of trading on its shares, raising its market capital from 7.5 billion dirhams upon listing to 18.5 billion dirhams at the end of last month. Since listing, the share’s trading has reached more than 407 million dirhams, after trading 125.8 million shares through the implementation of 9,699 transactions.
Since its listing, the share price has jumped by nearly 146.3% to close at 3.3 dirhams at the end of last month, compared to the offering price of 1.34 dirhams.
Presite shares were listed early last week after the offering collected total proceeds of about 1.822 billion dirhams, amid exceptional levels of demand by ordinary and professional investors, with the total demand for public offering reaching 94.9 billion dirhams, as the offering was covered by 136 times in total. , with the exception of the main investor in the company represented by the “International Holding” company. Presite was offered at a fixed price of 1.34 dirhams per share for 1.359 billion shares, representing 24.24% of the company’s capital.
