When we talk about real estate on M6, Stéphane Plaza is never far away… After the success of his shows ”Hunters of apartment”, ”House for sale”, ”Mieux chez soi” or even “Search apartment or house”, the favorite agent of the French is back in prime time this Friday, July 1 at 9:10 p.m. with a novelty, “Change everything or move”.
What is supported by the production
This time again, it will be a question of layout, decoration but above all of making a choice at the end of the transformations: either the families will stay in their accommodation renovated by Sophie Ferjani, or they will pack up and buy another, following of the three tours offered by Antoine Blandin.
In each episode, it will be up to the candidates to define the budget they will devote to the change and to the experts to respect it. And if they are won over, it is also these candidates who will have to pay the amount of work undertaken by the home-staging specialist.

In the first issue of “Everything change or move”, broadcast this Friday from 9:10 p.m. on M6, viewers will meet, in Pontoise (Val-d’Oise), Stéphanie, 36, responsible for human resources, Nicolas, 38, commercial director in a consulting firm and their little twins, Emma and Alyssia.
