New York: 11-year-old dies of rare bacterial infection in US Death was due to a flesh-eating bacterial infection days after an ankle wound.

The incident happened in Florida. Jessie Brown, a fifth-grader at Lakemont Elementary School in Winter Park, contracted the infection. It is reported that he died within two weeks of contracting the disease.

The doctor says that the child may have contracted the disease from the wound. The child died of necrotizing fasciitis, a rare bacterial infection that spreads rapidly throughout the body. The nature of the illness can worsen the patient’s health by attacking the flesh-eating bacteria cells.

The relative says that it started when he saw a red bruise-like lump on the child’s leg a few days ago. It was the first symptom of a flesh-eating group A strep infection. Bandhu also says that the bacteria spread to all parts of the body through the blood and disrupted the functioning of all organs. According to the relative, the child’s condition deteriorated and he was taken to the hospital immediately, but he died during the treatment within a few days.

Necrotizing fasciitis is an infection caused by group A strep bacteria. Symptoms include high fever, sore throat, severe body aches, skin discoloration, fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting, and red bumps on the infected area. Once inside the body, the bacteria spreads rapidly and starts attacking every organ in the body. Bacteria enter the body through cuts and burns.
