The text of the decision was as follows:
An individual is paid a deportation allowance in accordance with the provisions specified by the executive regulations, when he is appointed for the first time in service, transferred from one country to another within the Kingdom, transferred from inside the Kingdom to outside it, or vice versa, or transferred from one place to another outside the Kingdom, or when he is dispatched. , or attaching him for a period exceeding six months, or when he is delegated for a period or periods of three months or more.
