Swiss specialist in coloring for the textile and leather industries, Archroma announced in August to launch the takeover of the Textile Effects division owned by Huntsman Corporation. The operation, described as a “merger of equals”, and whose amount was then estimated at 718 million dollars (which has not been confirmed since, editor’s note), has just been finalized.
Textile Effects markets textile dyes, as well as chemical and digital inks to international brands and retailers.
