“We have the impression that it blocks at all levels. A dynamic must be put in place and that is the minister’s responsibility” even if the legislature was marked by a series of crises, continued the Liberal leader, also pointing out “the heaviness of the structure administration”.
“Today, you have to bang your fist on the table and things have to move forward. All these files lying around, it becomes unbearable, ”he added.
“You list the postponements while forgetting to mention all the projects in progress. But we all agree on one point: the condition of the road network must be improved,” replied Minister Henry. In this context, “we are considering a recurring budget for network maintenance, outside the investment plan”, which does not currently exist, he said.
“There is no desire to cancel or postpone work. On the contrary, we are trying to speed them up, but we can admit that we have had a complex legislature,” concluded the minister.
