Quickly, the comments did not take long to appear among his followers, who have left messages of support and gratitude for showing the face of love from its different angles. One of the most striking is the following:

“In case you haven’t noticed, “CONTIGO” is a song that speaks to love and has no inclination towards a genre, it was released on February 14 and the video is with Young Miko, Karol G is really giving a hug to the people who feel or felt judged by who they decide to love”, accompanied by an emoji with the Lgbtiq+ flag.

Others went against the homophobic comments and pointed out that they criticize the woman from Antioquia, but they normalize the fact that in the videos of the male reggaeton artists, semi-naked women appear without any problem: “People attacked because it is ‘inappropriate’ but the others reggaeton musicians almost have sex in their videos hahahaha anyway the hypotenuse”; “the video does not show any sexual inclination, only that people can love as they please,” among others.
