“Beware of Scammers: Viral Video Exposes Customer Scam Attempt on Store Bleck in Argentina”

Scams are always the order of the day everywhere, and not only from seller to buyer, but also from customers to companies as it happens in the following viral historywhere a company had an original response with a scammer who was trying to surprise.

Although the store was about to fall for the subject’s deception, who claimed he had made an online purchase on the establishment’s virtual page, some details quickly came true, so they did not take long to submit the request.

It happens that some misspellings of the scammer in his request, they allowed us to quickly identify that it was an attempted scam, one of those that constantly abound on social networks.

The case took place in the Store Bleck (@storebleck) in Argentina and it says like this: “Would you realize that it is false?”to then show us the screenshot of a supposed proof of payment where, among other things, it reads: “from: me, to: Bleck store… time: today at 12”As for the bank, the subject did not have much cunning to set up his scam: “Banco Santaner (it is Santander) approves this transfer”.

“Look at the receipt with which a client tried to defraud me”reads the inserted description of the video of more than 2.3 million views: “send the product as soon as possible… Mercado Pago logo in HD quality (sarcasm)”.

Let’s keep in mind that all this happened in a conversation of WhatsApp between the scammer with the store, so that, in the end, he says goodbye like this: “God bless you”adding the sticker of two animated cups in love.

Immediately, thousands flocked to the comment box: “I learned that when someone says ‘gentleman’ or ‘God bless you’, I know they are going to rob me”, “I don’t care about the receipt, until I see the money in my account it is not valid”, “ from: me, to: you”, ha ha ha, send the product as soon as possible”, “I will request a loan from Santaner”.
