According to the trader, this custom is carried out by the “Omanis” on the feast, where they cook their food collectively, then a fire is set in the hole and the food is thrown into it.
The food, which is mostly “meat”, is left for a whole day, when the pit is closed and the fire is put out.
In the video, a person appears, risking his life, as he stands on the “crater mouth” to help others throw food into it.
